To produce the tastiest lamb possible we start with UK native heritage ewes and rams. 

We then give them time to grow as nature intended. Our lambs are 100% pasture fed. 

Although not certified organic we raise our lamb using organic principles. No artificial fertilisers  or chemical sprays are added to our grasslands, instead they are managed to encourage wildlife and biodiversity, and encourage carbon sequestration.

We keep our antibiotic use to an absolute minimum. We never use antibiotics as a routine or for preventative treatment.  





We are proud of the procedures we have in place to treat our livestock with the upmost respect from field to fork. That is why we will only ever use small family run, local abattoirs that adhere to the very best industry practices.
